Read all instructions carefully before using the machine. Improper use may result in injury or damage.

Do not allow children to operate this Portable Espresso Maker.
5. Children should be supervised to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
6. Avoid putting the Portable Espresso Maker in or on any heat source such as ovens, microwaves, gas or electric hotplates or dishwashers.
7. Unplug the appliance before cleaning or when not in use. Allow it to cool completely before removing, cleaning or installing parts.
8. Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions.
9. Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Fill the water tank with water only. Do not use milk or other liquids.
11. Empty the coffee grounds before brewing again.
12. Clean all removable parts with warm water and mild detergent after each use.
13. Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
14. Do not disassemble or repair the appliance yourself.
15. Do not use the appliance while driving.

Troubleshooting

Problem: E1
Causes: Dry-boil protection activated
Solution: Fill the water tank with at least 50 mL of purified water.

Problem: E2
Causes: Overvoltage protection activated (USB-C input > 5 V)
Solution: Use a compatible charger

Problem: E3
Causes: NTC short circuit / open circuit
Solution: Contact support (support@hibrew.com)

Problem: E4
Causes: Heating plate malfunction
Solution: Contact support (support@hibrew.com)

Problem: Coffee scoop or filter missing
Causes / Solution: The coffee scoop and coffee filter are stored inside the water tank.

Problem: No coffee flow
Causes: Ground coffee is too fine or the water outlet is clogged
Solution: Open the second connector as shown below

Warranty

The machine includes a 12-month warranty, and the battery includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, including overloading or using unapproved accessories.
Damage caused by external force, improper handling, or failure to follow the user manual (e.g., incorrect installation or power supply).
Products that have been partially or fully disassembled.
